About this role
This position supports the Warehouse Operations in training employees in operational functions, documentation development and reporting to deliver tangible results to the Bradshaw Home organization.
Responsibilities:
Equipment Training:
Train/certify new employees in forklift equipment within the classroom and on equipmentRe-certify employees, as necessary Systems and Process Training:
Train employees on the standard operating procedures in relevant areas (designated work areas, safety and others, as necessary)Provide on-the-job training for relevant systems in designated training areas (Order Picking, Receiving, Put Away, Shipping, etc)Delivering training to groups on revised processes and documentation created Documentation and Reporting:
Develop/update process documentation related to Warehouse OperationsAudit operational process performance to identify areas of opportunityPerform safety audits, as necessaryDocument all audit observations and provide reporting summary feedback to managementTrack goals and results for Warehouse Operations Report Management:
Preparing, analyzing, and distributing weekly/monthly productivity and quality tools and KPI reports to managementPeriodically working with other departments on reporting Other Duties:
Promotes Safety First culture at Bradshaw InternationalDisplays managerial courage to manage attaining information and timely work completion from related partiesMaximizes Warehouse Operations productivity and quality in designated areasMeets savings targets set for the yearRuns multiple tasks, simultaneouslyMaintains appropriate equipment certification to engage in on the floor improvements or operational supportOther duties as assigned Requirements:
Strong verbal and writing skills (English language)Bilingual in Spanish a plus3+ years' experience in warehouse operations and process management.Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel skillsHighschool diploma or equivalent Pay and Benefits:
US$23.75 Hourly
Final compensation offered will be determined based on a number of job-related factors, including the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. Employees in this role are eligible to participate in the company's benefits program, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, accrued vacation, floating holidays, and designated company holidays.
