Job Summary
Reviewing demands, materials planning, production line scheduling, and inventory control.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Create initiatives to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity related to product systems, processes, and quality.Convert customer requirements into the order entry system with the appropriate shipping date based on customer demand and manufacturing capabilities.Coordinate with scheduling to ensure customer needs are met.Analyze production, load capacities, and customer inventory requirements to establish shipping dates, and keep the location database updated.Ensure customer orders are delivered on time by monitoring material supply, production, and shipment to the customer.Keep production lines running to avoid stoppages.Prepare and analyze forecast data in units for the monthly volume review meeting; determine customer line rates and penetrations. To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Intermediate Excel skills.Upper Intermediate English (Conversational English proficiency)Knowledge of MRP systems.1-2 years experience as a Material Planner or Logistics Analyst Nice to have skills:
Oracle system experience is highly desirable. Education, Licenses, Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, International Relations, or a related field.
