Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, for one of our partners in the IT Services and Consulting field.
Responsibilities:
Take end-to-end accountability for SAP SuccessFactors modules during the SAP rollout project (e.g., Employee Central, ECP, Talent modules… etc). Attend all HR/SuccessFactors-related workshops and act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SuccessFactors, providing guidance, clarifications, and recommendations on business requirements and SAP design. Manage the intersection of SAP SuccessFactors enhancements and the rollout project, ensuring changes are assessed for impact, aligned with the rollout plan, and do not disrupt existing HR processes. Review and validate SAP SuccessFactors configurations and the golden template to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards. Ensure SuccessFactors-related data migration (employee, organizational, historical HR data) is accurate, complete, and adheres to quality standards. Review and validate UAT test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage of all HR business scenarios. Monitor and ensure thorough execution of UAT, ensuring successful completion and sign-off. Track all UAT issues, follow them to resolution, and maintain proper documentation. Provide training to HR users and key stakeholders as needed, ensuring they understand HR processes, system functionalities, and best practices. Act as the central liaison between HR business teams and the SI team, facilitating communication, clarifications, and timely issue resolution. Assist in developing weekly status reports with the Project Manager, highlighting progress, risks, issues, and providing early recommendations. Support business users during Hypercare by assisting with queries, troubleshooting issues, and raising tickets to the SI team for resolution. Review all SuccessFactors-related documentation submitted throughout the project phases, including golden templates, FSDs, and other project deliverables, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and high quality.
Requirements
6 to 9 years of SAP project management experience. Experience in SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors integrations. Strong knowledge of HR processes, organizational management, and employee lifecycle management. SAP SuccessFactors Certification is required (module-specific). Strong understanding of integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA (Finance, Payroll, and other modules). Strong analytical and communication skills. Arabic speaker
