Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a SAP Project Manager, for one of our partners in the IT Services and Consulting field.
Responsibilities:
Manage the SAP rollout project end-to-end across all phases (Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Hypercare), ensuring delivery in line with agreed objectives, scope, timelines, and budget. Develop, maintain, and control the integrated project plan, including scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and governance structure. Establish and manage the project governance structure, ensuring clear roles, decision-making, and escalation paths. Ensure adherence to the SAP Activate methodology, SAP best practices, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate and work closely with internal stakeholders, federations, business teams, and system integrators to drive delivery. Attend and actively participate in project workshops, governance meetings, and on-site activities at federation premises as required. Lead and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution. Drive regular follow-ups on actions, risks, decisions, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution. Review, endorse, and ensure the quality and completeness of all project deliverables. Ensure effective stakeholder communication and change management, supporting business readiness and user adoption. Plan and manage cutover activities, go-live readiness, and Hypercare support, ensuring a smooth transition to operations. Prepare and deliver weekly project status reports, including progress, risks, issues, and mitigation actions. Provide executive-level reporting and presentations to steering committees and senior management as required. Ensure all project documentation, approvals, decisions, and sign-offs are properly maintained and auditable. Support and assist with other ongoing SAP projects as needed to ensure overall program alignment.
Requirements
6 to 9 years of SAP project management experience. Proven experience managing large-scale SAP implementations. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. SAP Activate certification is preferred. Arabic speaker
