Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Appian Developer, for one of our partners in the IT Services and Consulting field.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of complex solutions using Appian and J2EE technologies.Oversee the design and optimization of database structures using MariaDB to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.Provide expertise in BPMN Modeling to streamline and automate business processes.Develop and deploy robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using Appian RPA to enhance operational efficiency.Utilize Appian AI to integrate intelligent automation into business processes.Drive the end-to-end Appian solution development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions within the Finance & Accounting and Automotive Industry domains.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and development standards.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve solution offerings.
Requirements
5 to 9 years of experience in a relevant position.
