SUPO)The Mission of the Treasury SpecialistThe Treasury Specialist will report to the Global Head of Treasury and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day Treasury function. Requirements
Treasury Team MandateThe Treasury team at ICEYE is part of the broader CFO organization and is primarily responsible for:
Managing the company’s cash and liquidity across countries, entities, and currencies and maximizing interest income on idle cashOriginating and managing the company’s debt financingsIssuing performance and financial guarantees and letters of credit (“LC”) to support contracts and business growthManaging and hedging foreign exchange exposures Owning and maintaining existing and prospective corporate banking relationshipsManaging the company’s collateralOriginating and maintaining corporate insurancesAdministering ICEYE’s global cards program and online bank platformsInitial Responsibilities Leading the documentation and issuance of performance guarantees and letters of credit globallyParticipating in meetings with banks and other external financial stakeholdersManaging and monitoring the company’s collateralAdministering ICEYE’s global corporate cards programLeading the bank account opening process globally and owning the ongoing AML and KYC requirements globallyPartnering with other teams – within Finance and outside of Finance – on ad hoc projects at the direction of the CFO and/or Global Head of TreasuryRole-specific Competences Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent field. Masters degree in finance preferredMinimum of 4 years of professional and relevant working experience in internal treasury/treasury operations; experience working in a scale-up environment is preferredPrior experience with issuing financial guarantees and LCsUnderstanding of corporate debt instruments, credit risk, and cash managementEffective multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentComfort presenting to senior audiences with confidence and convictionAbility to read, write, and speak English at an advanced levelApplication Process Meeting with Talent Attraction Team On-site interview with the Head of Global TreasuryInterviews with Finance colleaguesInterview with CFO Benefits
