SUPO)Why this role matters:As a Senior Mechanical Test Engineer, you’ll ensure the structural integrity and readiness of ICEYE’s satellite systems by designing and executing critical mechanical testing campaigns that validate performance in demanding launch and space environments.

Your day-to-day responsibilitiesDesign, develop, and validate Mechanical Ground Support Equipment (MGSE) for satellite testingDesign mechanical interfaces for vibration, shock, and environmental testingDevelop and optimize test jigs and fixtures for mechanical testingCreate and maintain manufacturing drawings and technical documentationPlan, coordinate, execute and document vibration test campaigns for subsystems and full satellitesPerform and support finite element analysis to validate designs and test setupsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test readiness and successful executionDeliver end-to-end mechanical testing campaigns aligned with project requirementRequirements
