About this role
We are looking for a Merchandise & Physical Products Manager who will take ownership of branded products, logistics, and partnerships — and help scale this direction into a profitable business line.
ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end merchandise operations: production, inventory, logistics, delivery.Launch new merchandise formats: branded items, VIP gifts, event products, limited editions.Work with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners (including international).Collaborate with product, UX, and marketing teams to improve user experience.Own pricing, margins, and overall profitability of the merchandise direction.Requirements
Experience in merchandise, e-commerce, or physical product operations.Strong organizational and operational skills.Experience working with suppliers and logistics partners.Business mindset with focus on margins and scalability.Ability to take ownership and build processes from scratch.
