Credence has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Associate for a full-time position in our Mclean, VA office. This role is ideal for someone who is very driven, organized, and eager to grow a career in Human Resources.

Position will be required to be in the office 4-5 days per week on average

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

Provide partnership and HR support to our most important asset: our peopleRespond to employee inquiries and employment verifications in a timely fashionSend offer letters to candidates Complete HR related on-boarding tasks for new hiresCoordinate weekly new hire orientationsAbility to utilize our HRIS system, SharePoint, Workable, and CostPoint systems to maintain employee recordsReconcile benefit invoicesApprove employee benefit electionsComplete other duties as assignedRequirements

Bachelor’s degree is required0-2 years of HR experience Customer service orientationEnthusiastic and engaged personalityMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to remain confidential and handle sensitive dataMust have the ability to be agile and work in a fast-paced deadline driven environmentMust have the ability to work independently with minimal supervisionMust have the capability to work at a computer 8 hours dailyBenefits
