Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Development: - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the software market.
- Be a hunter, with a strong focus on outbound sales. - Conduct market research and analysis to target potential clients.
2. Client Engagement: - Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients. - Understand customer needs and tailor software solutions to meet those needs.
3. Presentations and Demonstrations: - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. - Communicate the benefits and features of software products effectively.
4. Negotiation and Closing: - Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to close sales deals. - Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
5. Collaboration and Reporting: - Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
6. Training and Support: - Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Stay updated on the latest industry trends and software developments.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ Years of experience in software sales or related sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills:
• Excellent persuasive and presentation skills.
• Understanding of technology and software solutions.
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills. Working Conditions:
• Typically works in a home office environment but may require travel for client meetings and industry events. 3 to 4 events per year.
