We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Marketing Specialist to lead our content initiatives across multiple channels. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content strategies that drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and support our marketing objectives. You will craft compelling narratives across social media, long-form content, and thought leadership pieces while collaborating closely with our design and marketing teams.

What your day will look like:
Content Creation and Strategy
Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar across all digital channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and strategic alignment with marketing goalsCreate engaging social media posts and copy for LinkedIn and other relevant platformsWrite high-quality blog articles, white papers, case studies, and thought leadership pieces that position the company as an industry authorityDraft press releases and media communications that effectively convey company news and milestonesProvide content direction to the design team for visual assets, infographics, carousels, and other multimedia contentCollaboration and Leadership
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify content opportunities and gather subject matter expertiseWork closely with the design team to ensure written content and visual elements work harmoniously Performance and Optimization
Monitor content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to refine content strategyConduct content audits and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunitiesStay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging content formatsA to B test content approaches to continuously improve engagement and conversion ratesAbout You:
Required
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related fieldExperience: 3+ years of content marketing with a proven track record of creating diverse content types in B2B (ideally SaaS)Writing Excellence: Exceptional writing and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platformsSocial Media Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and content optimization strategiesSEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO principles and how to optimize content for search enginesProject Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred
Experience in B2B SaaSFamiliarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms)Understanding of content distribution and promotion strategiesSkills and Competencies
