About this role

Fixed Term until 31/07/2026

We are seeking a HR Systems Officer to join our small busy team on a 6-month appointment, providing essential transactional support and ensuring smooth operation of our HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support GDPR review and structure of HR data folders and files Daily processing of HR system cases (via ticketing system) Provide general system and data advice to colleagues Processing of monthly tasks (e.g. monthly reports, system access audit checks) Assist with troubleshooting system issues and liaising with colleagues where necessary Ensure compliance with data protection

About You

Experience with HR systems and data management Strong attention to detail Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills Ability to work both collaboratively and with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Strong Microsoft suite skills including Access and Excel
