Job Title: Travel Agent (Amadeus Specialist)
Location: Dominican Republic (ONSITE) or Philippines (Remote)
About Us: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Travel Agent to join our team, supporting both international and domestic travel bookings. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in Amadeus reservation management and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage travel bookings for individual travelers and groups using Amadeus. Prepare and issue group contract tickets in Amadeus. Read, interpret, and apply fare rules accurately to ensure correct pricing. Coordinate with clients and vendors via email and phone in professional English. Maintain accurate records of bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation in MS Excel. Assist with both international and domestic travel arrangements. Provide support and guidance to clients regarding travel policies, fares, and regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Travel Agent with a strong focus on using the Amadeus system.Experience with both international and domestic group bookings. Knowledge of fare structures and fare rules in Amadeus. Fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage time efficiently.A passion for travel and helping clients create unforgettable experiences.Benefits
