The Role
As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for developing and executing B2B email marketing campaigns, leveraging platforms such as Apollo, Smartlead, and LinkedIn messaging. You’ll collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to deliver qualified leads that fuel business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage B2B email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leadsUse tools such as Apollo, Smartlead, and LinkedIn messaging to identify and engage prospectsBuild and maintain prospect lists and databases for outreach campaignsMonitor campaign performance, track metrics, and optimize for higher conversion ratesCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with business goalsEnsure compliance with email marketing best practices and data protection regulations
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B lead generation and email marketingHands-on expertise with Apollo, Smartlead, LinkedIn messaging, and similar toolsStrong understanding of email campaign development, sequencing, and personalizationAbility to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum impactExcellent communication and organizational skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Knowledge of marketing automation workflowsFamiliarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques
