We are a UK-based construction and property development group delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use schemes. With a strong pipeline of projects, we are seeking a senior leader to drive both commercial control and technical coordination across multiple developments.
The Role
As Head of Commercial and Technical Delivery, you will take ownership of project budgets, scopes, compliance, and buildability. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines commercial acumen with deep technical expertise in UK construction methods. You will ensure that design intent is translated into clear, buildable scopes of work and commercially viable solutions, while maintaining rigorous cost control and compliance with UK Building Regulations.

Commercial Management
Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plansReview subcontractor packages and pricingPrepare and manage valuations and variationsMaintain cost reports and cashflow input for financeIdentify and implement value engineering opportunitiesTechnical & Scope Development
Interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawingsDevelop detailed scopes of work and method statements for site teamsEnsure scopes align with UK construction standards and best practiceResolve design gaps and technical queriesDesign, Compliance & Coordination
