About this role:

In this role, you will:Lead complex initiatives including those that provide product usability, evaluation, and support to product development teamsDevelop and execute customer experience solutions for online applications and websitesBe accountable for overseeing the execution of strategic design projects that influence design and strategic direction of the companyReview and analyze complex industry leading user interface design solutions that require the evaluation of multiple factorsEstablish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standardsManage the execution of strategic design projects that influence design and strategic direction of the companyServe as design advocate with the ability to forecast and assess industry trends and their impact on the company's product design alternativesBuild and enhance working relationships within the information and interface design function and community outside of the companyProvide product usability, evaluation, and support to product development teamsLead customer experience strategy for platforms and productsInfluence roadmaps and business decisions by providing customer experience considerations and participate in roadmap planning and virtual teamsMake decisions in customer experience strategy for platforms and products requiring understanding of the function and compliance requirementsPresent designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholderInfluence roadmaps and business decisions by providing customer experience considerationsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Online and Digital Product Design, Information Sciences, Graphic, and Visual Arts experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:3-6 years of experience designing native mobile experiences (iOS/Android), ideally within industries such as banking, fintech, or insuranceStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end native mobile design for complex workflows Deep familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design, with the ability to apply them flexibly to align with brand and accessibility standardsProficiency in Figma prototyping and design systems; experience contributing to or evolving mobile component librariesExperience collaborating with user researchers or applying customer insights from testing, behavioral analytics, or journey mappingEffective communicator comfortable working across product, and engineering with ability to present design rationale to stakeholders and adapt based on feedback from non-design partners (e.g., legal, operations, risk)Experience in agile or scaled agile environments with clear documentation and handoff skillsInterest in financial wellness, money movement, and emerging trends in digital banking experiencesGrowth mindset with curiosity for new patterns in mobile interaction, security, and personalizationJob Expectations:This role is not eligible for visa sponsorshipMust be willing to work on site at the location listedPay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $115,900.00 - $206,100.00 Benefits
