The Role Our client is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the execution and optimization of marketing initiatives across digital channels. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, data-informed marketer who can clearly communicate clinical benefits in a consumer-friendly way while driving growth, engagement, and brand consistency.
The Marketing Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Creative, and Product teams to bring campaigns to life, support product launches, and ensure marketing efforts are executed with precision.
Key Responsibilities Campaign & Channel Execution
Execute and manage marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, paid social support, website, and content)Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns from planning through executionCoordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables across teams and partnersContent & Brand Support
Assist with the development and deployment of marketing content, including website updates, emails, social assets, and landing pagesEnsure all messaging aligns with brand voice and maintains clinical accuracySupport content updates that educate consumers on product benefits, ingredients, and routinesPerformance Tracking & Optimization
Track and report on campaign performance using key KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion, retention)Analyze data to identify insights and opportunities for optimizationSupport A/B testing and CRO initiatives in collaboration with the Ecommerce teamCross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Ecommerce, Creative, Product, and Customer Support teamsCoordinate with external vendors, agencies, and contractors as neededHelp maintain organized workflows, documentation, and marketing calendars
Qualifications
2–4+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within skincare, beauty, or wellnessStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to translate scientific or technical information into clear consumer messagingComfort working with data, analytics, and reporting tools
Nice to Have
Experience with dermatologist-founded or clinically positioned brandsFamiliarity with email platforms (Klaviyo or similar), paid social workflows, or CMS toolsUnderstanding of compliance considerations in skincare or health-adjacent categoriesExperience supporting ecommerce or DTC brands
