About this role
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager with a strong focus on TikTok Shop (TTS) Affiliates to drive and scale our affiliate growth strategy. This role requires deep, hands-on experience using the TikTok Shop Affiliate backend tool and a proven ability to recruit, manage, and optimize affiliate partnerships at scale.
This position can easily be mistaken for standard influencer outreach; however, while creator outreach is part of the job, the primary value of this role is operational depth within TikTok Shop, system familiarity, and performance-driven execution. The ideal candidate has direct experience working within a TikTok Shop ecosystem that operates at meaningful GMV scale and can fully own the affiliate channel end-to-end.
This role will initially focus heavily on TTS platform affiliates, but will expand into off-platform affiliate recruitment across creators, publishers, and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, optimize, and scale TikTok Shop affiliate partnerships using the TikTok Shop Affiliate backend tool. Recruit, onboard, and develop new affiliates to drive revenue growth and consistent performance. Build strong relationships with affiliates and creators, ensuring engagement, support, and long-term retention. Track and evaluate affiliate performance, providing actionable reporting and optimization insights. Drive affiliate program growth through sampling expansion, increasing sampling volume on a monthly basis. Set up and oversee affiliate automation tools (including bots and workflow automation) to improve scaling and execution. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align affiliate campaigns with brand goals. Expand the affiliate program beyond TikTok Shop to include off-platform creators, publishers, and partner ecosystems. Stay up to date on TikTok Shop trends, competitor activity, and affiliate marketing best practices.

Proven experience managing TikTok Shop Affiliates, including strong hands-on knowledge of the TTS Affiliate backend tool. Experience operating within TikTok Shop environments with meaningful GMV scale (highly preferred). Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategy, recruitment, onboarding, and performance optimization. Experience doing manual outreach with creators, including recruitment and relationship management. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and continuously optimize results. Strong communication skills and ability to build trust-based partnerships with creators and affiliates. Highly proactive and self-directed—able to take full ownership of the affiliate channel and scale it independently. Experience building or scaling off-platform affiliate partnerships is a plus (but not required).
