The Role Our client is seeking an Influencer, Affiliate & Social Media Specialist to own creator outreach, relationship management, affiliate program execution, and day-to-day organic social media posting. This role is ideal for someone deeply immersed in the creator economy who understands how influencers, affiliates, and social content work together to drive long-term brand growth.
The specialist will be responsible for bringing creators into the brand ecosystem—from initial outreach through activation—while managing the affiliate program and supporting a consistent, on-brand organic social presence across key platforms.
Key Responsibilities Influencer & Creator Outreach
Identify, research, and recruit beauty creators aligned with the client brandProactively conduct outreach across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)Effectively pitch the brand and build authentic, long-term relationships with creators.Manage creator onboarding, gifting, contracts, and campaign coordinationAffiliate Program Management
Own and manage the affiliate program end-to-endRecruit new affiliates and creators into the programTrack affiliate performance, commissions, and payoutsOptimize affiliate offers, incentives, and activation strategiesSocial Media Management (Organic)
Manage and publish organic content across TikTok, Instagram, and FacebookSchedule and post content consistently, including creator content, UGC, product features, and brand-led postsWrite or adapt captions aligned with brand voice and campaign messagingMonitor comments and DMs in partnership with the broader team, escalating as neededStay on top of social trends, formats, and best practices to inform content strategyCampaign Execution & Reporting
Coordinate influencer campaigns and ongoing seeding effortsTrack content delivery, usage rights, and posting schedulesMonitor performance metrics across influencer, affiliate, and organic social efforts (engagement, traffic, sales, ROAS)Provide regular reporting and insights to inform optimization and future campaignsCross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Paid Media, and Creative teamsShare high-performing influencer and social content for potential whitelisting or paid amplificationSupport product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns through creators, affiliates, and social content
Qualifications
2–4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and/or social media managementStrong experience with influencer outreach and creator relationship managementHands-on experience managing organic social media for a brand (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)Understanding of affiliate platforms and tracking (Impact, ShareASale, Refersion, etc.)Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through and communication Nice to Have
Beauty or cosmetics industry experienceExperience managing creator gifting and seeding programsUnderstanding of performance-driven influencer strategies (UGC, whitelisting, paid social)Familiarity with social scheduling tools and analyticsExperience working in a fast-paced DTC environment
