Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara North.
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager the Business Systems Analyst's role involves:
What a typical day looks like: Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiencyProvide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems - including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementationResearch, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverablesCreate infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project statusCommunicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoptionExecute Global IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables The experience we're looking to add to our team: Intermediate EnglishBachelor's degree (Graphic Design, IT, or related field)Experience with computerized databases, supply chain management, and process guidelinesProficiency in design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and UX/UI prototypingSharePoint content design and managementTroubleshooting, problem-solving, and creative conceptualization skillsOffice skills: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, database systemsCommunication, analytical skills, critical thinking, teamwork, proactive mindsetVisual storytelling and infographic design for diverse stakeholder What you'll receive for the great work you provide: Pantry vouchersSaving FundChristmas bonusHoliday bonusMedical InsuranceLife InsuranceEM57
