Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design or training developmentProficiency with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate, iSpring)Strong PowerPoint and visual storytelling skillsExcellent attention to detail and time managementEffective communication and collaboration abilitiesExperience with video or graphic design tools and LMS platforms is a plus More about us
