Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Technology Park.
Reporting to the IT Project Manager the Business Systems Analyst's role involves:
What a typical day looks like:Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiencyProvide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems - including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementationResearch, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverablesCreate infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project statusCommunicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoptionExecute Global IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverablesThe experience we're looking to add to our team:Basic EnglishBachelor's degree ( IT, or related field)Experience with computerized databases, and process guidelinesExperience SQL Server / Flex Flow/ OracleSharePoint content design and managementTroubleshooting, problem-solving, and creative conceptualization skillsOffice skills: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, database systemsCommunication, analytical skills, critical thinking, teamwork, proactive mindsetWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:Pantry vouchersSaving FundChristmas bonusHoliday bonusMedical InsuranceLife InsuranceGR66
