How youʼll make an impact The Senior Talent Specialist plays an integral role across Xero, and Xeroʼs Talent Experience (TX) team. This role will deliver Executive sourcing plans and hands on hiring support. You will be a regional contact for Executive talent, working closely with the Head of Executive Recruiting for Executive Talent. This role will work effectively within a global matrix, and leverage support across and within TX portfolios (as required) to deliver, and concierge #beautiful experiences for Xero leaders, colleagues and candidates.

What youʼll do This role will combine high touch partnership with Xero leaders, vendors and colleagues to deliver Executive sourcing plans and hands on hiring support. You will be a regional contact for Executive hiring, and deliver a wide range of hands-on recruitment tasks, such as proactively sourcing and selecting quality, diverse talent, phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, reference checking, responding to candidate and hiring manager queries, along with any other planning and recruitment activity required to deliver #beautiful experiences, and Xero as an employer of choice. The Senior Talent Specialist will deliver proactive and customer centric recruitment support, establish long term relationships, use data and insights to inform hiring plans, and ensure alignment with hiring processes and best practice.

Knowledge of recruitment technologies and sourcing platforms

Experience working with external vendors to deliver recruitment outcomes

Relevant Bachelor Degree
