Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Processor as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operation
In this role, you will:Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environmentRequire considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practicesCollect data and prepare related operational reportsPrepare input forms for automated data processing systemUtilize the company's internal operations to perform dutiesCoordinate projectsFurnish information to authorized personsProvide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretationRequired Qualifications:2+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:2+ years of cash vault or cash handling experience10-key numerical data entry experienceAbility to lead by coaching, training, mentoring and giving feedback to less experience staff and corresponding managersAttention to detail and accuracy skillGood communication skillsExperience working in a fast paced, demanding, and deadline driven Ability to achieve high production and quality standardsAbility to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environmentJob Expectations:Schedule: Mon-Fri 10am to 6:30pm or until work is completed(Schedule will be Flexible based on hours of operations for the business )Ability to work additional hours as neededStanding up to 6 to 8 hours or moreAbility to lift 50+ pounds/Cash vault, pulling and lifting This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipPosting Location: 6815 S 180th St TUKWILA, WA 98188(Selected candidate must reside within a commutable distance to this location and must be able to work on-site at the posted location )Pay Range
