Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Operations Representative.
In this role, you will:Perform various operational tasks on complex securities that require general knowledge of unit functions and systemsSupport securities operationsIdentify ways to improve the overall processPerform moderately complex duties such as processing, researching inquires and reconciling transactionsReview time sensitive documentsReceive direction from supervisor and coordinate situations involving other departmentsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsRequired Qualifications:2+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Relevant experience voice support (inbound call) and processing in the BPO/Contact Center or Financial services industryAmenable to blended role (voice support and processing)Preferred background in securities operations (e.g trade processing, trade booking, brokerage services, derivatives, fixed incomeWiling to work on permanent night shift schedule that follow US holidaysAmenable to 100% onsite reporting in Five/Neo Building 31st Street Bonifacio Global Taguig CityJob Expectations:Processing and Maintenance of Advisory programs submitted via Service requests routed thru the Front Office portal - 2IDW. These service requests can be new account inception/enrollment and program switches, maintenance of existing programs, termination and cancellation of advisory programs, ongoing billing of advisory accounts.Support inbound calls received via the Advisory Support line on queries regarding Advisory services programs. Queries relating to Fee Billing, Advisory Programs, Account Termination and Switches, Maintenance and ongoing billing of Advisory programs.Posting End Date: 21 May 2025 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
