Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Technology Park Campus .
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, the Business Systems Analyst's role involves:
What a typical day looks like:Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledgeWork directly with stakeholders to improve operational procedures to increase efficiency, productivity and strategic goalsResearch, design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customer's requirements.Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoptionExecute Global IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverablesThe experience we're looking to add to our team:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Industrial EngineeringAdvanced English is MandatorySolid knowledge in ERPMespro ExperienceAdvanced SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting. Familiarity with (MySQL, Elasticsearch) to support modern factory apps.Demonstrates advanced knowledge of functional concepts and a solid understanding of Flex policies and procedures.Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.Knowledge in SQL, team focus, Desirable knowledge.Proven experience working in Agile environments, coordinating releases that impact critical operations.Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with global teams, managing "Change Leadership" in multicultural enterprise settings.Problem Solving: Analytical mindset focused on resolving critical supply chain disruptions and improving system uptime.Works under pressure.OrganizedWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:Competitive Salary.Life & Medical insurance.Christmas Bonus.Food Coupons.Saving Fund.Life InsuranceGR66
