Global Share Plan Consultant

Job Summary: This individual contributor position supports and manages the administration of Share programs (long-term incentive plan, Employee Stock Purchase plan, etc) globally. They will participate in the processing of various share plan events including: enrollment, share releases, and stock purchase activities. Accountable for performing audits to ensure operational compliance of various share plans.

Key Responsibilities can include:

Performing daily, weekly, and monthly pro-active data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plansProcessing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awardsReviewing equity transaction activity, inclusive of transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reportingResearching, tracking, and responding to questions received from participants, process partners or other stakeholdersSupporting equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activitiesProducing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operationsReviewing and maintaining equity administration processes and documentationPerforming other equity-related tasks, as requested Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.At least 3 years of experience in stock plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or similar discipline preferredDemonstrated commitment to ethical practices and integrity in previous roles.Experience working with a variety of stock plan products including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans is preferredStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.Proven problem-solving, time management, and teamwork.Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), processes and interrelationships of data transfersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on honesty and transparency.Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
