BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in and around Northumberland and Union Counties, PA. BAYADA’s direct support professionals - DSPs - work one-on-one in client's homes and communities as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities to help them reach their full potential! Our goal is to teach our clients to do things for themselves, helping them live more independent, purposeful lives.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, other hygiene) Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation and other chores Accompany clients on errands and appointments Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities Participate in community integration activities Be a companion for someone

Qualifications:
One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18+ years old
