BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Client Services Associate in our Williamsburg, VA Assistive Care office. This position averages about 32 hours per week and is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-centered environment with a strong focus on recruiting, onboarding, and employee support.

Position Overview The primary focus of this role will be recruiting and employee lifecycle support, while also assisting with client services coordination. You will partner closely with office leadership and the clinical team to help build and maintain a high-quality workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruiting efforts, including candidate communication, interview coordination, and follow-up
Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires
Maintain accurate and compliant employee files and records
Provide superior customer service to clients and caregivers
Assist with coordination of client services and emergent scheduling needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, clients, referral sources, and community partners
Collaborate with Clinical Managers to support field employees
Foster open communication and teamwork within the office
Qualifications
Prior supervisory or administrative experience a plus
Demonstrated ability to take on increasing responsibility and achieve goals
Strong interest in recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
