About this role

The opportunity

You as Junior Integrity Professional will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Zurich. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior professional to join our Integrity Team for a fixed term of 18 months. You will participate in our specialized learning program, aimed at developing the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful integrity career within a global company. You will be exposed to a variety of matters and projects, with opportunities to be involved in local, regional, and global projects. In this position, you will be part of our Integrity Function reporting to the Global Head of Integrity and will contribute to implementing global initiatives and ensure complete adherence to Group directives and local statutory regulations.

How you'll make an impact

Participating in the development and implementation of integrity strategies, specially related to process and procedures, using of AI and/or tech programsConducting research and prepare Integrity documents, specially related to continuous/process improvementSupporting the implementation of the Code of Conduct and assist in ongoing integrity trainingAssisting the Global Head of Integrity in providing advice to Hitachi Energy management across a broad range of Integrity issues or within a specialist areaEnsuring compliance with company policies and Group directives, assist with the developing and implementation of both local and group legal and integrity directives and instructions, and monitor ongoing integrity, executing due diligenceManaging and communicating with external service providersParticipating in various global, regional, and local projects within the departmentLiving Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business Your background

Graduate degree in Law, Business Administration, Forensic Accounting or related fieldMaximum 2 years of experience after graduationDemonstrated ability to be agile and keen to learn as well as good communication and interpersonal skillsStrong interest in AI, technology, and process improvementHigh level of integrity and ethical standardsProficiency in both spoken & written English language More about us
