If you're the kind of person who cares about what's happening in the booth, behind the wall, or under the hood just as much as what's happening on screen or on stage, this is the role for you.
In this role, you'll partner with senior engineers, lab ops, and cross-functional teams to keep systems humming, solve real-world problems, and bring new ideas to life. Whether you're troubleshooting issues, supporting lab users, or helping roll out new installations and upgrades, you'll have a direct impact on how our labs operate today and in the future.

Nice to have (not required):
Can read CAD drawings and wire diagrams without getting lostComfortable with Office 365, Copilot, drafting tools, or media production toolsSome exposure to engineering, IT, or AV environments (labs, studios, theaters, etc.)Interested in operations, systems design, or project managementExperience organizing messy data or streamlining a process
