Compensation:

The base salary for this role ranges between $51,440 - $70,730, with eligibility for an incentive target of $1,500.00 which is contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives.

The pay range above is not a guarantee of compensation but reflects the potential total compensation for this role at the time of this posting based on the assigned job grade. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as geographic work location, relevant experience and individual skills. The stated range is a reasonable estimate and may change over time; final compensation may fall above or below the range provided. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (You Will):

Greet customers and welcome them to WFS as they enter the counter areaProvide exceptional service identifying and processing orders for the customer's needsPrepare quotes and source products for special orders based on customer requirements not in inventoryProvide product substitutions to customers as required or requestedFollow-up on customer back orders, quotes, and issuesContinuously improve product knowledge through vendor training sessions, online research, and on the job learning from peers and customers, etc.Generate new sales by proactively recommending alternative and/or complimentary products to increase customer satisfaction and profitability for WFSEnsure all cash and credit card sales are reconciled dailyProcess customer returns and PO returns as per Quality Systems procedureBuild customer relationships and become a trusted advisorPromote WFS marketing initiatives to drive salesProvide input to marketing and product management for future initiatives and product opportunitiesEnsure inventory at the counter is replenished in a timely manner, to ensure customer satisfactionReview all reports and make inquiries as neededSeek special contract pricing from vendors when applicableFollow all safety protocol in compliance with WFS' Health & Safety policies and procedures and the Occupational Health & Safety ActSupport all aspects of WFS Quality Management System Other duties as assigned REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS (You Have):

A minimum of 1 year WFS warehouse experience requiredCompletion of high school diploma, or equivalent experiencePrevious customer service experience would be an assetDemonstrated strong work ethic and personal commitment to get the job doneDemonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer serviceTeam-player and an ability to work independentlyKnowledge of industrial and/or safety products is preferredSuperior interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills to effectively build relationshipsStrong communication skills, ability to convey message in an organized, clear, and effective mannerSelf-starter, taking action to achieve goals beyond what is requiredStrong time management and organizational skillsProficient computer skills and aptitudeKnowledge of dangerous goods and WHMIS regulations is required Rewards and Benefits: Our programs provide choice and flexibility to meet your individual needs.
