The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Greeter. The Greeter will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position.
The starting pay for this position is $17 / hour plus potential bonuses adding up to $18 / hour and is located at 648 N. Madrid, Kansas City, MO 64153.
This position will be primarily working outside in the elements.

Work proactively with shuttlers, service agents, handheld return agents and managers to ensure proper vehicle supplyWelcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lotDirect customers to exit booth, provide local directions and maps and provide return directions where applicableAssist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visitsCommunicate customer service issues to managementEnsure that hangtag information is completed correctlyMaintain clean low mileage fleet mix requirementsMaintain Emerald Aisle for cleanlinessThank member for their businessProvide upgraded vehicles on requestPerform other customer service related duties as determined by management to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years oldMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.High School Diploma or G.E.D. requiredMust have a minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative supportMust have a valid driver license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years
