About the CompanyOur partner is a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company building AI-powered conversation intelligence for revenue teams. They recently raised a $30M round and are growing 10-50% month over month, best in class for B2B SaaS, with strong runway. The team is around 40 people in their New York office, with a small internal growth team that this role can lean on for execution support.
The OpportunityThis is a hands-on product marketing role focused on owning the distribution and storytelling behind every product launch. You will act as the product manager for the go-to-market side of new features and releases, partnering closely with the product team to understand what is shipping and when, then building and executing the plans to get loud about it.
The role blends strategic, long-lead launch campaigns with fast tactical updates. One week you might be orchestrating a major launch with influencers, creative, and a hype campaign, and the next you might be shipping a customer newsletter or building sales enablement. You will report directly to a senior leader for the first 6-12 months, with a clear path to grow into a head of growth marketing role and build your own team.
ResponsibilitiesOwn the distribution, messaging, and storytelling for product launches and feature releasesWork cross-functionally with product to align on launch timelines and narrativesPlan and execute marketing moments across channels, including social, creative assets, influencer partnerships, and launch campaignsBuild and manage sales enablement materials, including battle cardsOwn the customer newsletter and ongoing product update communicationsTalk to customers and beta testers to build compelling product and customer narrativesUse launches as marketing moments to drive top-of-funnel awareness and brand visibilityRequirementsA few years of product marketing experience at a strong startup, or a marketing generalist background at an early-stage companyHands-on and scrappy, with a bias toward execution over pure strategyStrong storytelling skills and the ability to translate product into compelling narrativesComfortable working cross-functionally with product, sales, and growthComfortable working in person in a New York officeBonus: experience demonstrating clear, individual hands-on impact at a high-growth company
