About the role: The Institute of Ismaili Studies (IIS) is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Teaching and Learning Centre (TLC) to lead the Institute’s strategic direction in teaching excellence, curriculum innovation, and academic development. Reporting to the Co-Head of the Department of Education, the postholder will advance the Institute’s Teaching and Learning Strategy, supporting outstanding practice across all programmes, including Higher Education degrees and professional development initiatives. The role involves leading a dedicated team within the TLC, overseeing quality enhancement and educational innovation, and ensuring alignment with UK Higher Education standards and the IIS’s global mission.
