The site materials manager will lead an organization focused on the execution and continuous improvement of wing-to-wing materials processes. They will partner with the plant manager to develop a customer focused environment that maximizes on-time delivery while minimizing inventory.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead a team of materials personnel in materials planning, inventory, production control and procurement requirements, demonstrating strong integration with manufacturing operations teams and cross functional stakeholdersEnsures that standard materials processes and standard KPIs are used to provide the best delivery with the lowest inventory cost for the factorySupport the SIOP process: contribute to material procurement timing, order release timing requirements, available capacity, & lead-timesLead capacity requirements planning (CRP) processes by gathering & loading information into planning tools, analyzing data, and providing regular updatesEnsure that the master schedule and production schedules are synchronized using ERP (PMx) and other tools. Ensure that training and skills necessary to use planning tools are provided and tools are monitored for appropriate useReport and monitor plant materials related KPIs: inventory balance, inventory turns, on time to promise, on time to need, system health & usage, master data adherence. Also establish the use of key metrics in a metric hierarchy to ensure all materials related activities are meeting expectationsLead and monitor all the logistics activities such as incoming receipts, days to stock, inventory accuracy (cycle counts), and shortagesDemonstrates leadership in communicating business goals/programs/processes for the Wroclaw factory. Use experience and expertise to solve problems. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or technical field from an accredited universityA minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environmentAbility to lead, manage, and communicate with all levels of the businessInclusive leadership style, including proven ability to build a connection with teams through personal involvement and trustKnowledge of the disciplines of supply chain management, such as production and inventory control, variable cost productivity, fulfillment metrics, cost systems, and proceduresStrong analytical & problem solving skillsAbility to handle multiple priorities, act independently, and use sound judgmentAbility to successfully motivate and maintain high integrity, employee involvement, safety and teamwork What we offer
