They have raised over $20M, are growing roughly 30% month over month with seven-figure ARR, and are run by an elite, technical team. The culture is casual but performance- and mission-driven, based out of a great San Francisco office.
The OpportunityThis is a founding go-to-market hire focused on building the company's top-of-funnel engine, not a traditional sales role. You will automate the entire lead generation, outreach, and meeting-booking motion using a modern stack of CRM, automation, and AI tooling, then own and scale those systems as the company grows.
This is an ideal role for a sharp, intense operator who loves systems and automation. You will own demand generation channels and have a clear path to grow into a broader growth leadership role as the team scales. The work is technical and creative, and your output directly drives the company's pipeline.
