In this role, you will:Lead or participate in research and underwrite the creditworthiness of moderately complex commercial or business loan and lease requests within Equipment Finance Underwriting functional areaReview and research moderately complex commercial or business loan and lease requests that require an in-depth evaluationPerform periodic reviews on assigned portfolio creditsMaintain risk ratings and other relevant data on systems of recordApprove loans or leases within delegated credit authority and recommend transactions in excess of that authorityCollaborate and consult with Equipment Finance Underwriting peers, colleagues, and middle level managers and achieve business objectivesWork with internal and external business partners to gather information to make appropriate decisionsRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Equipment Finance Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Strong cash flow analysis skillsFamiliarity with various collateral typesDocument negotiation skillsFinancial Analysis experienceExperienced and proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, Word and PowerPointExperience working across multiple industries in an underwriting capacity (i.e. construction, transportation, industrial, manufacturing)Experience working on transactions >$1MMJob Expectations:Ability to work a hybrid work scheduleThis position does not support Visa SponsorshipSpecific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Connecticut-Danbury Pay Range $87,700-$155,900 Annually

Illinois-Chicago Pay Range $80,400-$143,000 Annually

Minnesota-Minneapolis Pay Range $73,100-$129,900 Annually

North Carolina-Charlotte Pay Range $73,100-$129,900 Annually

May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $73,100.00 - $155,900.00 Benefits
