Aufgaben
Support, customize, and optimize SAP HCM German Payroll (PY-DE) Configure schemas, wage types, and payroll processes Advise HR teams and coordinate with PA, PT, OM, FI/CO Run payroll cycles, resolve errors, and manage retro-calculations Work on projects such as S/4HANA migration, Payroll Control Center, and SuccessFactors Payroll Provide 2nd/3rd level support and create documentation
Qualifikation
3+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll (PY-DE) Strong payroll customizing skills and solid knowledge of German payroll Project experience is a plus Fluent German (C1–C2), English is an advantage Structured, analytical, and service-oriented mindset
