About this role
BlueScope Building Components is looking for an Operations Support Co-ordinator to join the Operations team based in Wangara WA. BlueScope Building Components, a division of BlueScope in Australia, manufactures and markets steel building products, solutions and services through its four leading brands: Lysaght, Fielders, Ranbuild and Kiteleys.
This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple functions to support a high-performing team.
What Will You Do?
In this exciting role reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play an integral part in coordinating and supporting the administration of operations at our Wangara site. You will:
Provide administrative support to the Operation Manager and team including compliance, KPIs, training records and onboardingmanage the return-to-Work process, including coordinating doctor visits and supporting injury managementwork closely with our recruitment/labour-hire providers and coordinate contractor requirementstimely development and completion of reports to support the Operations Manager and teamidentify improvements with our systems and processes and assist with database managementsupport the Continuous Improvement programattend Operation leadership meetingsMore About You
