The Opportunity

Our Lysaght business is looking for a Customer Service Representative (permanent part time) to join the Customer Service Team based in Tweed Heads. This is a part-time opportunity working three days per week, with set days on Monday, Thursday and Friday. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment and demonstrate your passion for exceptional customer service

What Will You Do?

As the face of Lysaght for our customers, you will:

interact with our customers over the phone, email and in person at the trade counter, managing quotes, projects, order entry, design, and queriesfollow-up on quotations and enquiries converting these into sales opportunitiescollaborate with internal stakeholders including, warehouse, transport, procurement, and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are metnurture and grow relationships with customers to uncover new business and sales opportunitiesresolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer’s experienceMore About You
