Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and increase revenue through field sales teams and multiple channelsBuild and maintain relationships with Local Government and key partners to secure projectsMonitor and manage team performance, providing feedback and regular progress reportsAnalyze market trends and customer needs to deliver effective solutionsCollaborate with stakeholders and teams to support business objectivesManage the sales process, ensuring accurate completion of bookings and administrative tasksDevelop and implement strategies for SME projects and community outreach The Essential Skills You Will Need
Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.Have at least 2 years of experience in Sales in direct sales with a background in FMCG, Telco, or Tech companies.Experience in strategizing community outreach and engagement.Experience in Route to Market area planning and preparation.Proficiency in both spoken and written English.Experience and knowledge of the retail sales process, data analysis, and territory management.
