Get to Know the Team
We are the Demand Planning team, the demand growth engine for Grab. One of our main focuses is Grab Marketing Services (GMS) and Platform Monetization. We design marketing packages and services using Grab's assets and demand-generation tools to help merchants and partners achieve their goals—while also driving revenue for Grab.
Get to Know the Role
You will strike a balance between advanced analytics, project management, and partner management. You will take end-to-end ownership of projects: from designing marketing packages, conducting experiments, analyzing performance data, and pricing, to creating pitch decks, go-to-market strategies, operational processes, campaign execution, and performance reporting.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Account Management, Vertical strategy, Product or even Finance and Legal) to ensure successful execution.
You will report to Senior Manager, Campaign and Monetization (Food) and is based in Bangkok office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Analyze merchant data to identify growth opportunities and shape GMS strategy.Design tailored marketing packages for different merchant segments using data, assets, and demand-generation tools.Conduct experiments to measure the impact and refine package design.Price packages using appropriate methods and data-driven approaches.Develop go-to-market strategies, including pitch decks, communication plans, timelines, and launch materials, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Design and manage operational processes to ensure smooth execution.Build campaign dashboards to monitor performance and create reports for merchants and Grab stakeholders. What Essential Skills You Will Need
3+ years of experienceBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related fieldData analytics skills, with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and advanced Excel.Quantitative mindset with strong business acumen; able to translate complex analysis into actionable insights.Excellent project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.Professional proficiency in spoken and written Thai and English.
