Bac +5 in Industrial Engineering or related field
1 to 3 years of professional experience
Prior experience within STELLANTIS
Strong technical background
Technical Skills
Solid knowledge of change management processes (e.g., PEPP)
Ability to understand and manage BOM (Bill of Materials), including design BOM and manufacturing BOM (NFC)
Familiarity with APQP methodology
Proficiency with PLM systems (ISS, ECR, DEC)
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and professional demeanor
Ability to manage stress effectively
Strong sense of alertness and escalation when needed
Good teamwork and organizational skills
