About this role
As an RF test Engineer (Space) you will join our team in Portsmouth to support our activities within the Aerospace sector.
You will be responsible for performing RF and low voltage DC testing on satellite systems, ensuring designs meet strict technical, safety, and performance requirements. The role involves working on-site across AM/PM shifts, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, and supporting EMC testing and validation activities.

Perform RF and low voltage DC testing on aerospace systemsSupport EMC testing and validation activities as requiredCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure test results meet project specificationsRecord, analyse, and report RF test results accuratelyFollow safety protocols and standard operating procedures across all shifts Required Skills:
Experience in RF testing and low voltage DC testingBackground in aerospace or space industry is essentialUnderstanding of EMC principles and RF measurement techniquesAbility to work effectively across AM/PM shifts and on-site full timeRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent military experienceProven experience in RF test environments, ideally within aerospace or spaceFamiliarity with test procedures, instrumentation, and RF measurement techniquesDesirable Skills:
Experience with EMC troubleshooting and validationKnowledge of aerospace safety and regulatory standardsAbility to interpret schematics, RF diagrams, and test documentation Why join us?
