Responsibilities:
Work within assigned team under guidance of the engineersConduct Reliability testing within the Santa Clara Laboratory for specific devices Follow Established Procedures: Adhere strictly to test methods, safety protocols, and operational guidelines to ensure repeatability, reliability, and compliance.Maintain a Strong Commitment to Excellence; demonstrate personal accountability, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Meet testing timelines and deliverables with a consistent focus on quality.Quality and Integrity data; Record, manage, and analyze test results with a high level of accuracySupport Continuous Improvement; Identify and report anomalies, trends, or areas for process enhancement. Contribute to investigations and corrective actions when required.Support including data entry, of results, and test plans under guidance of Engineers and senior teamMaintain & update METrak, (OR OTHER) database which may includeEnsure that all information input is accurate and all relevant fields are completed.Maintain relevant notes that pertain to a projectThis includes correspondence/communication between EF personnel and correspondence/communication between Project Coordinator (PC) and the customer.Interdepartmental support of company sponsored events or miscellaneous administrative tasks.Support of Quality system and Round Robin testing.Other duties as assigned. This is a position that may requires interaction with customer engineers, our sales and project coordination team. This position requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be able to work well and communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff as a team member and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must perform well under pressure in a fast paced environment. This position requires initiative, judgment and professionalism, and skill in composing a variety of written and electronic materials. The candidate should have excellent computer skill and superior proficiency at Microsoft Office applications (Work, Outlook, Excel, and Visio) and Internet Explorer.
Candidates with experience on these field would be considerer as a plus:
Previous experience as Reliability technician.Inspection + Testing; Experience including detail orientation and organization skills.DSRL Photography experience (Amateur photographer)Experience on manufacturing sites with emphasis on Quality inspections. Compensation:
Hourly: $25.00-$35.00Schedule:
