YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
Responsible for your multi-site branches budgets and sales performance You are responsible for budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches, as well as increasing revenue and profitabilityYou lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents through regular performance reviews and meetingsYou recruit new team members in collaboration with the Talent team and coach other managers in the recruitment processYou are responsible for the vehicle fleet, operational tasks (e.g., health and safety, corporate CI, defleets), and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflowsYou ensure a premium customer service culture, handle complaints, and work with regional managers to optimize processesYOUR SKILLS MATTER
Service Mindset You have a service-oriented mindset and value direct customer interactionManagement Experience At least 3 years of branch management experience required, with 2-4 years in sales and customer serviceTeam Development Proven experience in developing and up-skilling team membersOrganizational Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesCommunication Excellence Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsWHAT WE OFFER
