YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

With your team you provide technical support in daily operations as well as on-site support for end users, including VIP supportYou lead and manage a team of three tech professionals, including recruitment, coaching, objective setting, and performance appraisalYou develop, standardize, and document efficient support processes to enhance service delivery and ensure consistent, high-quality support across the organizationYou proactively identify and analyze structural IT issues, coordinating with various departments to develop sustainable solutions that align with business objectivesYou manage incidents and escalations for on-site support and end-user servicesYou help shape our international growth strategy, with plans to expand support operations and explore taking over Service Desk responsibilities internationally, bringing a truly global dimension to our IT support infrastructureYOUR SKILLS MATTER

Professional Experience & Education You have successfully completed an IT apprenticeship (e.g., systems integration) and bring several years of practical experience in IT system administration, where you've tackled complex technical challenges and continuously developed your expertiseLeadership & Project Management You demonstrate proven leadership experience and have successfully managed teams. Your project management skills enable you to deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standardsCommunication You have excellent communication skills in German and English, enabling you to interact confidently with management, stakeholders, and team members across all organizational levels and diverse international teamsSolution-Oriented Mindset You systematically approach complex IT problems and develop pragmatic, sustainable solutions while keeping the bigger picture in mindHigh Adaptability You excel at adapting quickly to new technologies, processes, and requirements, and thrive in an international environmentTool Expertise Experience with modern ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence) is advantageous and will help you integrate quickly into our established workflows as well as experience with Mac, MS Entra, Windows, Teams and TeamsWHAT WE OFFER
