YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You manage payroll administration tasks for the Spanish and Italian markets, including medical leaves, hirings, terminations, settlement calculations and job changesYou have knowledge of Spanish Social Security / SEPE regulations and systems to effectively collaborate with our external payroll providerYou provide daily support to employees and managers, answering questions and resolving queries related to payroll administrationYou ensure data accuracy and legal compliance across payroll systems, providers, and internal processes.You collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operationsYou support process improvements and identify opportunities for efficiency in payroll operationsYOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience You have 1+ years of proven experience in Spanish payroll administration. Prior experience with Italian payroll is advantageous but not required, as full training will be providedEducation You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related fieldTechnical Knowledge & Systems You have solid knowledge of Spanish Social Security and SEPE regulations and platforms (Sistema Red, Contrat@, Certifc@, Delt@), along with experience working with payroll systems and HRIS tools (e.g., ADP, Workday)Payroll Know-how You understand termination processes (finiquitos), vacation settlements, sick leave management, and employee lifecycle administrationLanguage You are fluent in English and Spanish both written and spokenInterpersonal Skills You communicate clearly, enjoy problem-solving, and are comfortable supporting employees and managers dailyWHAT WE OFFER
