YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You handle client requests via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
You assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, including alternative options when required
You ensure a consistently high standard of service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
You listen actively to accurately identify and understand client needs
You provide prompt, commercially minded responses to customer inquiries
You read, understand, and process invoices, supporting basic accounting tasks
